HAMPTON INN iN SAN FRANCISCO, CA

The new face of Hampton Inn welcomes the business world. The target client is young to middleaged professionals who travel around the world and want to enjoy their time at a place like Hampton Inn after long trips and meetings.
The design concept was the beautiful San Francisco. The mesmerizing views of the city and the features related to it such as its famous fog, breathtaking skyline, Golden Gate bridge, and sunsets have been rich inspiration sources for the design.
Hampton Inn, with its contemporary urban interiors, is turning the experience of a business trip into a great San Francisco experience. The Hotel is the perfect place for meetings, networking as well as entertainment.

INSPIRATION

FLOOR PLAN

At the entrance visitors are greeted by a sculpture representing the urban forest. Made of bamboo, and set within a small sunken rock garden, the piece evokes the tranquility of a traditional Japanese garden, and references San Francisco’s diverse culture.

HOTEL ENTRANCE

In the reception lounge area concrete and brick walls create a clean industrial atmosphere. Visitors will enjoy sitting on comfortable Barcelona chairs while watching the spectacular city view and chilling out by the fireplace.

RECEPTION LOUNGE

Cityscape wallpaper by B&Q, serves as the background for the back lit acrylic reception desk. A curvilinear wood veneer wall and ceiling element references the city’s circulation pattern, while colored recessed lights evoke the city’s nocturnal ambiance.

RECEPTION

Wallpaper with geometric shapes serve as the focal design element on the wall and represents city blocks. The leather headboard that goes up to the ceiling gives a modern look to the bedroom as well as segregating the bed area from the rest of the room.
