We are looking for someone to share our space in the wonderful Potrero Hill neighborhood in SF.

We are interior designers and architects and looking for a similar design oriented business. We're interested in sharing space with architects, landscape designers, interior designers, lighting designers, permaculture designers, etc.

The office has two shared 10' wide x 4' deep display windows. In addition, there's a shared meeting table, bookcase, and bathroom.

The area available for occupancy is approx 100sf, measuring roughly 10 x 10, with one built-in desk area, layout space, bookcase, and storage cabinets.

Currently, monthly expenses are in the $550/mo range for this 1/4 shared office space. This includes rent, internet, cleaning, pg&e, water dispenser, garbage, and window cleaning.

The space is available immediately. We're asking for a month (last month rent) and a half (security) deposit, plus the first month's rent upon agreement.
