We are looking for other complimentary professionals (architectural, planning, hydrologist, wetland specialist, environmental advocates and other interested in the urban design field) to team up with for larger projects or just cohabit a professional space together. Our office is located in a 3,200 square foot space and can offer the following shared amenities: a large conference room 12 x 21, library, large kitchen, bathroom, reception area, and large well-lighted space. Building is secure in quiet residential neighborhood in North Oakland, eight blocks from the MacArthur BART Station. Fax, copier, plotting, pay per use basis.
