Results of 2009 General Meeting on Oct 20

Thank you to all members who attended the meeting or sent in their proxy ballots. We did achieve a quorum for voting.
Congratulations to the newly elected Steering Committee members, whose terms will begin January 1st.
The proposed Articles and Bylaws were discussed at length, and were approved by the membership.
More information about the meeting and the other agenda items will be available shortly.

Transpanency is important for organizational trust.
I look forward to reading the full and factual account of what happened at the meeting.
