JOBS: Senior Project Architect/CM in Marin County

A client is looking for a Senior Project Architect/CM in Marin County.

They specialize in evaluation of design and construction projects, project management and repair of commercial and multi-family planned developments.

They are ready to interview and hire someone with 18+ years in architecture from design through construction with heavy emphasis on construction evaluation (must have Type l and ll as well as Type V).

The right candidate will show a background of managing multiple projects simultaneously, directing numbers of people successfully, and problem-solving skills and abilities ultimately.

One more key point: The partners want to hire someone interested in an equity stake with ownership potential about 5 years down the line.

As they put it: “We think the right individual is someone who will be an asset here for the next 10 to 20 years.”
