Urban Design Studio – Looking for Architectural Firm to share space in North Oakland

UrbanDesignWest is a collaborative Urban Design Studio of two mid-sized Landscape Architectural and Civil Engineering companies (Golden Associates and UDCE). Our goal is to create a multi-disciplinary office within our Urban Design Studio and offer our clients the opportunity for a "one shop stop" of design services. We are currently looking for a mid-sized architectural firm to cohabit our space with potential for future collaboration.

We currently have one large 1,280 open space with ten- to twelve-foot ceilings, lots of natural light and ventilation on a residential street with on-street parking. The space includes a roll-up door/loading dock (willing to remove roll-up door if not desired), private kitchenette, bathroom, shared data room, and carpet, as well as security system. Comcast Internet and All Utilities Included!

Would love to have an architectural, environmental design, wetland specialist, urban design firm -- but open to any office or creative use. Conveniently located near MacArthur BART, 580 and 880 freeways, and four blocks from Emeryville.

Currently renting at $1,700 - rent is negotiable.
